Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory/management experience in acute care setting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards required.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow and scheduling for ROI Specialists across client sites.
• Cover peak periods and vacancies; manage PTO approvals.
• Perform QA monitoring and productivity reviews.
• Provide performance feedback under Area Manager guidance.
• Promote customer service and professional conduct.
