Job summary

MRO is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee ROI Specialists across client sites in the United States. You will coordinate daily scheduling, ensure compliance with client policies and federal/state laws, and address staffing needs to maximize productivity and quality.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in acute care, knowledge of HIPAA, and strong communication skills. A High School Diploma is required, with a Bachelor’s/Associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year supervisory/management experience in acute care setting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy information standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s/Associates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow among on-site employees at multiple client sites to ensure productivity and quality.
• Adjust work assignments to cover peak periods, leave, and vacancies at hospital sites.
• Provide coverage for backlogs, illness, vacation, or leave of ROI Specialists.
• Perform quality assurance monitoring of ROI Specialist work performance.
• Conduct productivity and performance reviews under Area Manager guidance.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to ROI Specialists.
• Manage employee schedules and approve bi-weekly payroll including PTO.
