Job summary

MRO Corporation in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily scheduling of ROI Specialists at client sites. The role serves as liaison between MRO and client management to ensure ROI activities comply with policies and regulations and are completed timely.

The Site Supervisor will manage workflow, cover peak periods, conduct QA, supervise performance, and support area management while maintaining courteous service to patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in HIM, Business Administration, or related health field preferred.
• 1 year supervisory/management experience in acute care setting.
• HIPAA privacy standards knowledge required.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow among on-site ROI Specialists to maximize productivity and quality.
• Adjust assignments for peak periods, leave and vacancies at hospital sites.
• Provide coverage for backlogs, illness, vacation, or staff leave.
• Perform QA monitoring of ROI Specialists' performance.
• Conduct productivity and performance reviews per policy and law.
• Monitor performance and approvals for PTO and staff schedules.
• Promote professional, courteous service to patients and staff.
• Support Area Manager as needed.
