MRO is seeking a Site Supervisor to coordinate daily scheduling of ROI Specialists at client sites nationwide. The role ensures ROI activities comply with client policies, federal and state regulations and are completed timely.

The Site Supervisor will manage on-site workflow, cover peak periods, supervise ROI Specialists, perform QA, and provide performance feedback. A High School Diploma is required; a bachelor's/associate in health info or related field is preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year supervisory/management experience in acute care setting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications required.

Responsabilidades

• Manages workflow among on-site ROI Specialists to maximize productivity.
• Adjusts assignments to cover peak periods and vacancies at hospital sites.
• Provides backfill coverage during illness or leave.
• Performs QA monitoring of ROI work performance.
• Conducts productivity and performance reviews per policies.
• Monitors performance and approves PTO and schedules.
• Maintains HIPAA/privacy compliance and professional conduct.
• Supports Area Manager when needed.
