Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking a Senior Service Manager to lead maintenance operations across one or more communities in Irvine, CA. The role emphasizes staff development, budget accountability, and high-quality resident service.

You will oversee preventative maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and ensure adherence to company standards while maintaining a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations for one or more communities, including supervision of on-site staff.
• Hire, train and develop maintenance team members to build a culture of excellence.
• Manage budgets, monitor costs, and drive cost efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and reinvestment projects, scheduling COE work as needed.
• Ensure safety, fire/Life Safety, and environmental standards are met at all times.
• Provide leadership and direction through regular 1:1s and team huddles.
