Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter/Delivery professional in Phoenix, AZ, to drive full-cycle recruitment for engineering client projects. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.

You will build diverse pipelines, collaborate with stakeholders, maintain ATS, and help meet client expectations. 1+ year in recruiting or related fields is required; HS diploma minimum, with preferred associate or bachelor’s

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Experience with ATS (Taleo, Avature, JobApp)
• Vertical knowledge in IT, engineering, or finance

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, place, and manage a diverse talent portfolio of associates and professionals
• Identifying roadblocks in client delivery and proactively solutioning with appropriate stakeholders
• Creating sourcing strategy for projects at risk or identified as challenging
• Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience for our associates
• Maintain applicant tracking systems
• Other accountabilities as assigned
