ManpowerGroup is hiring a Recruiter in Raleigh (US-NC) to manage the full-cycle recruitment process on-site. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, building relationships with hiring managers and candidates, including hosting events and client visits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree recommended.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn).

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the position's qualifications and requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and post-interview feedback.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure.
• Role will require weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high volume clients.
• Hosting job fairs/ recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain data in applicant tracking system.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance effectiveness and align with Human First, Digital Always philosophy.
