Job summary

ManpowerGroup in York, PA is seeking a Recruiter responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing candidates, screening, and presenting qualified talent to clients.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and support candidates through interview prep and feedback, while maintaining ATS accuracy and local market insight.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Nice to have: Associate or bachelor's degree.
• Experience with ATS: Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates via job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
• Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates meeting requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess skills and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates through the process, including interview prep.
• Engage with community partners and attend local networking events to broaden exposure.
• Role will require weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high volume clients.
• Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market.
• Maintain data in the applicant tracking system.
