Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC in Dayton, OH seeks an On-Site Recruiter for high-volume manufacturing hiring. This hands-on role focuses on hourly roles, partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager and local hiring teams to build pipelines and ensure compliant, streamlined processes.

You will drive internship and apprenticeship programs, engage with colleges, and participate in community outreach while leveraging HRIS tools and recruitment tech to achieve timely fills.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is highly preferred; experience can replace the degree.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting hourly and salary staff.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades).
• Experience improving recruitment strategies.
• HRIS experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and assist with salary recruitment.
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Support community involvement and awareness as a premier employer.
• Utilize current and future recruitment tools.
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes.
• Update management on status of unfilled positions.
• Work with hiring teams on interviewing compliance.
• Foster external relationships to support recruitment efforts.
• Participate in college and community job fair programs.
• Work to continuously improve talent acquisition programs.
• Utilize the current HRIS and work to improve functionality.
• Other duties as directed by management.
