Aspire Talent Solutions in Dayton, OH is seeking an On-Site Recruiter for manufacturing to drive high-volume hourly hiring. You will partner with on-site HR and hiring managers to fill skilled trades roles quickly while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience.

This hands-on role emphasizes on-site presence, internship and apprenticeship support, and building lasting relationships with college programs and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting hourly and salary roles.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades).
• Experience improving recruitment strategies.
• HRIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and assist with salary recruitment.
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Support community involvement and awareness as a premier employer.
• Utilize recruitment tools and HRIS to streamline processes.
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes are used.
• Update management on status of unfilled positions.
• Collaborate with hiring teams on interviewing compliance.
• Foster external relationships to support recruitment.
• Participate in college and community job fair programs.
• Continuously improve talent acquisition programs.
• Utilize HRIS and improve functionality.
• Other duties as directed by management.
