Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking an On-Site Recruiter for manufacturing in Dayton, OH. This role focuses on high-volume recruiting with direct impact, partnering with hiring managers to fill hourly and skilled trades openings in a fast-paced environment.

You will work on-site daily with HR colleagues, drive internship and apprenticeship programs, and help standardize interviewing and onboarding processes while leveraging HRIS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience considered in lieu of a degree
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing
• Experience recruiting hourly and salary team members
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades)
• Experience improving recruitment strategies
• HRIS experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and assist with salary recruitment
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs
• Support community involvement and awareness as a premier employer
• Utilize current and future recruitment tools
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes are used
• Update management on status of unfilled positions
• Collaborate with hiring teams on interviewing compliance
• Foster external relationships to support recruitment efforts
• Participate in college and community job fairs
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of talent acquisition programs
• Utilize the HRIS and work to improve functionality
• Other duties as directed by management
