Job summary

Accounting Search is seeking an On-Site Recruiter for a manufacturing environment in Dayton, OH. The role focuses on high-volume hourly recruitment, including skilled trades and technical roles, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager within a collaborative HR team.

The successful candidate will build relationships with hiring managers, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes while supporting internships and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting for hourly roles and skilled trades.
• Experience recruiting technical roles such as engineering and skilled trades.
• Experience improving recruitment strategies and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and assist with salary recruitment.
• Support internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Use current recruitment tools and systems.
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes.
• Update management on status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring teams on interviewing compliance.
• Foster external relationships to support recruitment efforts.
• Participate in college and community job fair programs.
• Continuously improve talent acquisition programs and HRIS usage.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
