Responsibilities include leading hourly recruiting, internships, community outreach, and ensuring standardized interview and onboarding processes. The role demands collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team and strong HRIS capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1. A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred; experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• 2. 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing.
• 3. Experience recruiting for hourly roles and salary team members.
• 4. Experience recruiting technical roles such as engineering and skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and assist with salary recruitment.
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Support community involvement and awareness as a premier employer.
• Utilize current and future recruitment tools to optimize sourcing.
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes are utilized.
• Update management on status of unfilled positions.
• Work with hiring teams on interviewing compliance and documentation.
• Foster external relationships to support recruitment efforts.
• Participate in college and community job fair programs.
• Continually improve talent acquisition programs and processes.
• Utilize HRIS and work to improve functionality.
