Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group seeks an On-Site Recruiter for manufacturing in Dayton, OH. This role drives high-volume sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding with an emphasis on hourly trades and skilled roles.

You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver strong candidate pipelines, internships, and community outreach while ensuring compliant recruiting processes and timely updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years in talent acquisition, manufacturing focus preferred.
• Experience recruiting hourly and salary roles.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades).
• Experience improving recruitment strategies and using recruitment tools.
• HRIS experience and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and salary recruitment initiatives.
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Support community involvement and employer branding.
• Utilize current and future recruitment tools to source candidates.
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes are used.
• Update management on status of unfilled positions.
• Collaborate with hiring teams on interview compliance and candidate pipelines.
• Foster external relationships to support recruitment efforts.
• Participate in college and community job fairs.
• Consistently improve talent acquisition programs and HRIS usage.
