Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Site Quality Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Bremond, TX. You will lead QA/QC activities, implement the SSQP, and manage inspection teams.

Travel to project sites is required as you coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulators to maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of utility-scale solar QA/QC experience, relevant certifications, and strong proficiency with QA tools and reporting software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in utility-scale solar quality management.
• Quality management certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma) and OSHA 10 or 30 are desirable.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies for civil, electrical, and mechanical construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities on-site and implement the Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP).
• Develop and oversee Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Coordinate audits, NCRs, CAPA, and interface with client representatives and subcontractors.
