Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high voltage substation projects.

The role oversees the Site-Specific Quality Plan, manages inspection teams, and serves as the QA liaison with clients and subcontractors on site. The candidate will ensure compliance with NEC/IEC/ASTM standards, develop ITPs, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement across construction activities while coordinating with regional quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC or equivalent.
• Certifications in quality management (e.g., ASQ, ISO 9001) and OSHA 10/30 are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, civil construction, electrical/mechanical codes, and QA/QC methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site QA/QC activities and implement SSQP on site.
• Develop and oversee Inspection Test Plans for definable features of work.
• Manage QA/QC inspection teams and document NCRs and CAPAs.
• Perform internal audits and ensure corrective actions are closed.
• Manage subcontractor QA plans and ensure materials meet specs.
