Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on our solar and electrical projects. You will implement the Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP), oversee inspection teams, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulators on-site.

The role requires travel and on-site leadership across Midwest region projects. Ideal candidates have PV systems and civil/structural construction QA/QC experience, with certifications in ASQ, ISO 9001, or Six Sigma, and proficiency with QMS

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC.
• Experience with PV systems and electrical infrastructure.
• Certifications such as ASQ/ISO 9001 or Six Sigma preferred.
• Ability to travel and work on-site at remote locations.
• Proficiency with QA documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities at the project level and implement the SSQP.
• Manage inspection teams and ensure compliance with ITP, SSQP and specs.
• Conduct audits, manage NCRs, root cause analysis, CAPA.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and generate metrics reports.
• Coordinate with on-site client reps, subs, and regulators.
