Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC at a Los Banos, CA project. You will implement the SSQP, direct QA teams, and liaise with clients, subs, and regulators on-site.

A proactive problem-solver with PV/utility-scale construction experience is ideal, with strong leadership and communication skills. The role requires 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC, relevant certifications, and willingness to travel to remote project locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC.
• Certifications in quality management (ISO 9001 / Six Sigma) and OSHA 10 or 30 preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site at remote project locations.
• Proficiency in QA/QC software and MS Office suite required.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities at field project sites and implement SSQP.
• Develop and manage Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and audit processes.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, NCRs and CAPA actions.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and generate quality metrics reports.
• Review subcontractor QA plans and ensure material/equipment meet specs.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned for projects.
