Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in on-site property management.
• Solid customer service experience and basic building knowledge.
• Experience coordinating and scheduling appointments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in all aspects of property management.
• Serve as liaison between office, guests and residents regarding maintenance.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Schedule maintenance calls and generate work orders.
• Process new residency applications and perform background checks.
• Assist activities team with hiring, purchasing, and ticket sales for events.
• Manage petty cash, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
• Handle calendars and general administrative tasks.
