Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management.
• Serve as a liaison between the office, guests and residents regarding maintenance issues.
• Respond to questions and complaints promptly.
• Contact tenants to address urgent issues.
• Schedule maintenance calls and generate work orders.
• Order inventory and obtain repair estimates.
• Process new applications for long-term residency, including background checks.
• You may assist with hiring entertainment and managing event tickets.
