Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking an on-site Financial Operations Coordinator to support the Community Manager. You will handle rent collection, deposits, and financial reporting, using Yardi/OneSite to ensure accurate data and timely updates.

Applicants should have a 1–3 year background in property management and finance, solid communication skills, and the ability to manage vendor invoices and resident accounts effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in residence life or property management and financial records.
• Understanding of lease terms, collections, and revenue maximization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial transactions: rent collection, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Use Yardi/OneSite to record, report, and back up data accurately.
• Review resident accounts for unpaid fees and delinencies, pursuing collections.
• Process vendor invoices, code charges, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Assist eviction procedures and move-outs per policy and law.
• Support leasing/marketing by greeting prospects and processing applications.
