Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in financial operations and daily property management. You will manage rent collection, banking reconciliations, and reporting using Yardi/OneSite, ensuring lease enforcement and timely communications with residents.

The role requires 1–3 years in property management, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Knowledge of lease terms and enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handles daily financial operations: rent collection, deposits, and reconciling bank accounts.
• Operates property management software (Yardi/OneSite) with accurate data entry and backups.
• Reviews resident files to collect on delinquencies and enforces lease terms.
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices, codes charges, and coordinates with owners.
• Follows eviction procedures and represents the community in court when needed.
• Processes move-outs and ensures proper deposit handling and lease terminations.
