The role requires managing leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and on-site administrative tasks with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and resident services. The Site Manager will report to the Regional Manager and may live on site to provide emergency on-call coverage and maintain property standards.

Qualifications

• LIHTC property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD, RD, LIHTC guidelines and IRS rules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing activities including inquiries, showings, income verification, and documentation.
• Oversee rent collections, deposits, and notices; ensure timely reporting to corporate.
• Administer on-site operations, enforce lease agreements and on-call emergency coverage.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; manage inspections and service orders.
• Maintain records, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
