Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager to lead multifamily communities on-site, driving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and revenue. You will oversee leasing, team leadership, budgeting, and compliance while building a strong community.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, rental growth, and a customer-focused culture, with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative leadership structure across the company.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in property management.
• Minimum 4 years of residential property management experience with leasing or sales.
• 2+ years supervising two or more employees.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations from leasing to maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Lead on-site leasing and maintenance teams, building a positive culture.
• Market property to attract residents and renew leases.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue, ensuring rent collection targets are met.
• Serve as the primary contact for residents, addressing concerns and welcoming new residents.
• Conduct regular property inspections, ensure unit readiness, and oversee capital improvements.
• Submit accurate financial reports, manage payroll and commissions, and stay compliant with laws.
