Two Coast Living is seeking a results-driven Property Manager to lead a multifamily community on-site. You will manage leasing, resident relations, and daily operations while directing on-site teams and sustaining a positive culture.

The role emphasizes financial performance, occupancy, and resident satisfaction, with a focus on strong leadership and hands-on management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in property management.
• Minimum 4 years of residential property management experience with leasing or sales.
• At least 2 years of supervising two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including leasing, resident relations, work orders and vendor coordination.
• Hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams.
• Promote property marketing to attract residents and renew leases.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection.
