Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager to lead one of our multifamily communities. You’ll oversee daily operations, leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and on-site staff, driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You’ll own the budget, report on financials, and partner with regional leaders to uphold service standards. The role requires 4+ years in property management and 2+ years of team leadership, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of multifamily property management experience and 2+ years leading a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to deadlines.
• Excellent communication, professional conduct, and customer service mindset.
• Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Entrata) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations: leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination.
• Lead on-site leasing and maintenance teams; foster a positive culture and high performance.
• Partner with marketing to attract residents and renew leases; promote property performance.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue; ensure rent collection efficiency.
