The role is on-site, requiring strong leadership, communication, and hands-on management of maintenance and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Led teams in multifamily property management with a proven track record.
• Strong organizational skills with deadlines and budgeting exposure.
• Clear communication with residents, staff, and vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (Entrata).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination.
• Hire, train, and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams.
• Promote property to attract residents and renew leases.
• Manage budgets, expenses, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Ensure property inspections and capital improvements standards.
