Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager to lead a multifamily community on-site, directing leasing, maintenance, and resident relations to deliver exceptional living experiences. You will manage budgets, supervise on-site teams, and drive occupancy and revenue with a resident-focused approach.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential property management with leasing or sales experience.
• 2+ years of supervising two or more employees.
• Proficient with property management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Run the show: oversee leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination.
• Lead the team: hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance staff.
• Market the property: collaborate with marketing to attract residents and renew leases.
• Drive financial performance: manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection.
• Be resident-focused: serve as the go-to contact for the community and address concerns.
• Maintain property standards: conduct regular inspections, unit readiness, and capital improvements.
• Submit financial reports, manage payroll/commissions, and stay compliant with laws.
• Engage with local apartment associations and monitor competition.
