Job summary

Two Coast Living seeks a Property Manager to lead a multifamily community on-site. You will run daily operations, supervise on-site leasing and maintenance teams, and deliver an exceptional living experience for residents.

You'll own the budget, drive occupancy and revenue, and foster a positive culture. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and service excellence within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential property management experience.
• 2+ years supervising two or more employees.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations from leasing to vendor coordination.
• Lead on-site leasing and maintenance teams and cultivate a positive culture.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and monitor rent collection.
• Submit accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
