Two Coast Living is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead daily operations at a multifamily community, directing leasing, resident relations, and maintenance. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction while building a high-performing on-site team.

The role emphasizes financial management, vendor coordination, and a strong emphasis on community culture. On-site leadership requires a proactive, customer-focused approach and collaboration with regional leaders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multifamily property management experience with 2+ years of supervising two or more employees
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience is required
• Proficiency with property management systems (Entrata) and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the property, including leasing, resident relations, work orders and vendor coordination
• Hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams
• Promote the property with marketing partners to attract residents and renew leases
• Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection is on track
• Serve as the go-to contact for the community and address residents' concerns
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance standards
• Submit accurate financial reports and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Engage with local apartment associations and maintain a strong community reputation
