Job summary

Two Coast Living on-site Property Manager leads day-to-day operations at a multifamily community, directing leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination.

You’ll hire and train on-site teams, drive occupancy and revenue, manage budgets, and ensure compliant operations while delivering an exceptional living experience.

This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and a resident-first culture, with strong collaboration across regional partners and local associations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential property management experience with leasing or sales
• 2+ years supervising two or more employees
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination
• Hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams
• Collaborate with marketing to attract new residents and renew leases
• Manage budgets, expenses, and rent collection to drive financial performance
• Serve as the primary contact for the community and ensure resident satisfaction
• Complete property inspections and maintain maintenance standards and capital improvements
• Submit accurate financial reports and stay compliant with local, state, and federal requirements
• Engage with local apartment associations and maintain competitive market awareness
