Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead one multifamily community on-site in Los Angeles. You will oversee leasing, resident relations, work orders, vendor coordination, and a team of on-site staff, driving occupancy and revenue while delivering an exceptional living experience.

You will manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure rent collection is on track, while promoting a positive culture and maintaining property standards.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years in residential property management with a track record in leasing or sales.
• Requires 2+ years of supervising two or more employees.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination.
• Hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams to build a positive culture.
• Promote the property with marketing partners to attract residents and renew leases.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection stays on track.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for residents, addressing concerns and welcoming new residents.
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee unit readiness and capital improvements.
• Submit accurate financial reports and manage payroll/commissions; ensure compliance with laws.
• Engage with local apartment associations and maintain strong community reputation.
