Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is hiring a maintenance technician to handle apartment and property maintenance duties under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor and property manager. You will uphold high standards of customer service and curb appeal at the assigned property.

Required: high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year in property management or related field; general maintenance and carpentry skills; valid driver's license and ability to read/write English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties per supervisor directions.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with emergencies and after-hours maintenance.
• Promote safety and risk management.
• Maintain professional demeanor with residents and teams.
