Avenue5 Residential is seeking a maintenance technician to address an array of apartment and property maintenance duties while delivering high standards of customer service and curb appeal.

We offer competitive benefits and require a HS diploma with at least 1 year in property management or related field, valid driver's license, and English literacy. This on-site role includes diverse maintenance tasks and on-call emergency support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and basic carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address a range of apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by the supervisor.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds.
• Maintain the work order system and ensure timely completion to resident satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies and on-call maintenance as needed.
• Promote safety and risk management per company rules.
• Interact professionally with residents and foster positive relationships.
