Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support apartment and property upkeep. You will address maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general systems, while maintaining high customer service and curb appeal.

You will maintain work orders, inspect grounds for safety, and participate in on-call rotations. The role requires a high school diploma and prior maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the maintenance supervisor and/or property manager.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance as dictated by state guidelines.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness; identify issues needing maintenance or replacement.
• Assist with emergencies such as snow removal or other weather-related incidents; respond promptly to issues.
