Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support apartment and property maintenance. You will work under the maintenance supervisor to keep the property in top condition and ensure excellent resident service.

The role requires basic maintenance and carpentry skills, prior property management exposure, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. A professional appearance and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervisor.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal at the property.
• Maintain work orders and ensure resident satisfaction.
