Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician 3 to maintain the property's buildings, grounds, and amenities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and operational reliability. You will diagnose defects, perform preventative maintenance, complete make-ready tasks, and document work orders.

This on-site role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include 401(k) and EAP.

Qualifications

• Must diagnose defects and perform repairs per safety standards.
• Execute preventative maintenance to keep systems and spaces serviceable.
• Document all work orders and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Make-ready process for vacant units, inspections, and punch lists.
• Coordinate materials, inventory, and procurement with maintenance supervisor.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; assist in cost-control measures.
• Attend safety meetings and assist in contractor inspections as needed.
