The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license. It offers robust benefits and potential bonuses tied to performance, with a compensation range of $19.50–$25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant apartments including inspections and punch lists.
• Manage materials inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Document service requests accurately and timely.
