Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance on buildings, grounds and common areas. You will diagnose issues, repair systems, and complete make-ready tasks for vacants in a fast-paced property setting.

Responsibilities include inventory control, documentation, and safety compliance. A flexible schedule including weekends is required; EPA certification and a valid driver's license are expected.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications required or preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to diagnose and repair building systems on-site.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and code.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Handles material inventory and notifies re-ordering needs.
• Documents work accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas as needed.
