Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our property management team across Florida communities. You will lead the maintenance staff, oversee preventive maintenance, manage vendors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of work orders.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting input with the Community Director, and maintaining EPA logs and required certifications. The role requires strong communication, organization, and a hands-on approach to keep our

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required.
• EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) must be provided at hire or obtained within six months to obtain the certifications.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating repairs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Maintenance Department staff, safety training, and performance.
• Develops maintenance schedules and budget input with the Community Director.
• Tracks service requests and ensures timely completion and closure of orders.
• Coordinates with vendors and contractors to negotiate and schedule work.
• Maintains EPA logs, MSDS sheets, inventory, and logs for pools and facilities.
• Available for on-call duty, nights and weekends.
