Job summary

ConcordRENTS - Concord Management is seeking an On-site Maintenance Technician to service multifamily communities across Florida. You will perform repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks to maintain property condition and curb appeal, including pool maintenance and landscaping improvements.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, pressure washing, and ensuring safety and quality standards while coordinating with residents and team members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required.
• EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) must be obtained within six months of hire.
• Ability to read and speak English for safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and perform routine repairs across the property.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces to meet aesthetic standards.
• Maintain grounds and clean exteriors of buildings and common areas.
• Inspect and maintain pool and deck surfaces and monitor water chemistry.
• Check and repair irrigation systems and landscaping features.
• Assist in moving appliances and support turnover of units.
• Be available for on-call duty including nights and weekends.
