Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the upkeep of our Florida and regional properties. You will lead maintenance staff, manage preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and quality across amenities and apartments.

Responsibilities include overseeing service requests, conducting move-in inspections, and maintaining documentation while traveling as needed within regional portfolios.

Qualifications

• Must maintain safe, efficient maintenance of community amenities and apartments.
• EPA certification (Universal or Type I & II) required or obtained within six months of hire.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required to service pools.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and supervise Maintenance Department staff; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules and vendor negotiations.
• Track service requests and ensure timely completion; assign work based on staff skills and availability.
• Perform move-in/move-out inspections and orient residents to unit operations.
