Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on amenities and apartment homes to meet ConcordRENTS' standards.
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents and maintain occupied units.
• Supervise Maintenance Department staff and coordinate with local vendors/contractors.
• Establish maintenance schedules and manage safety, quality, and documentation.
