Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a skilled maintenance supervisor to ensure the upkeep of our apartment communities across Florida. You will prepare homes for new residents and maintain amenities to meet ConcordRENTS’ high standards.

The role requires experience in painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and landscaping, with EPA/CPO certifications preferred. You’ll supervise staff, manage safety, and respond to service requests on a timely, customer‑focused basis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in building maintenance and trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• EPA certifications and CPO knowledge preferred or required within six months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and safety training.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and manage vendor contracts.
• Track service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities and budgets.
• On-call availability nights and weekends.
