You will coordinate with vendors, keep records up to date, and supervise staff. Certifications like CPO and EPA may be required, with strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Applied trades training in mechanics, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing.
• CPO certification may be required to service pools.
• EPA Universal or Type I/II certifications may be required within six months.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals and schematics.
• Five+ years of maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Department staff; supervise and train team.
• Establish maintenance schedules and preventive routines.
• Inspect units, amenities, and grounds for safety and quality.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors; manage inventories.
• Respond to service requests and prioritize daily workload.
• Maintain EPA logs, MSDS, and asset inventories; ensure warranty compliance.
• Oversee move-in/move-out inspections and safety compliance.
