Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team across Florida communities. You will ensure the upkeep of amenities and apartment homes, manage schedules, and coordinate with vendors to maintain high standards of safety and quality.

The role requires proficiency in painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related trades, with EPA/CPO certifications as applicable. On-call, nights and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Applied trades training in maintenance or related field.
• EPA Universal or Type I/II certification required or obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, selects, trains, and supervises Maintenance Department staff.
• Maintains safety and quality standards; coaches employees as needed.
• Establishes preventive maintenance schedules and budgets with Community Director.
