ConcordRENTS in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across multiple properties. You will oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance while ensuring high standards of property upkeep and resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on maintenance experience, and the ability to coordinate with vendors. Travel among communities may be required; EPA and CPO certifications are advantageous.

• Interviews, hires, trains, and supervises Maintenance Department staff.
