Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of our multifamily communities in Florida. You will perform a wide range of repairs, painting, and preventive maintenance to ensure appealing, safe living environments for residents.

Responsibilities include preparing units for new residents, addressing service requests, and coordinating with supervision. EPA/CPO certifications are preferred or must be obtained within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required to service pools.
• EPA certification (Universal or Type I & II) is required or must be obtained within six months of hire.
• Experience in painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and carpentry is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenities and apartment interiors.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces and fixtures.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and inspect move-ins/outs.
• Respond to service requests, troubleshoot, and perform repairs.
• Maintain logs, EPA records, and ensure safety and quality standards.
