Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across our community, coordinating requests, managing staff, and ensuring safety standards are met. The role involves on-site supervision, budget adherence for supplies, and daily inspections to minimize hazards and liabilities.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, maintaining a preventative maintenance program, and participating in on-call emergencies to protect residents and property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and scheduling of maintenance staff and work orders.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily.
• Maintain inventory and order maintenance supplies within budget.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
