Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across the community, manage staff, and ensure safety and compliance with standards. You will coordinate service requests, drive preventative maintenance, and manage vendor relations to uphold property quality.

You will work closely with the Community Manager, supervise maintenance personnel, and respond to emergencies as needed to protect residents and assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desirable
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community and staff
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to work orders
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards
• Manage maintenance supplies within budget guidelines
• Lead maintenance staff; provide training and guidance
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA/EPA standards
